EMAC 2014 organizers want to specially welcome the Congress assistants´ companions to Valencia and wish them a pleasant stay. With that purpose in mind, we have selected some inspiring experiences that will allow them to enjoy a different way to visit our city.

Our Companions Program has been specially designed to provide personalized attention while understanding our history, tasting our gastronomy and enjoying our landscapes. Specifically, we offer the possibility to enjoy four different experiences:

June 4th:
• Discover the unique natural park “L´Albufera” and the exquisite Valencian gastronomy on board of a Colonial style boat.

June 5th: 
• Learn how to cook our most international dish, “Paella”, after shopping for its ingredients at the remarkable “Mercado Central”.

June 6th:
• Enjoy a paddle surf baptism at the “Marina Real Juan Carlos I”, the famous America´s Cup venue.
• Discover the Islamic Valencia route and its transition to the Christian Valencia, ending at the Fine Arts Museum of Valencia, the second most important fine arts museum of Spain.
